What do you like best about Leapsome? Enjoy the comprehensive funcitonality that includes Feedback loop, Goals/MBOs docuemntation and progress tracking, and generic company/team feedback survey. I like most about Leapsome is that aside from axcessing it directly via my Slack account, leapsome is an access to everything from being a coaching tool, making and answering survey, posting a commendation or a thank you to your colleague. Notifications are elegant and have a good context to go and check what you need. Peers reviews and the way everything is contextualised helps a lot in each task. Really recommend this application.
