"Super easy to use"

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is straight to the point when asking questions. I was able to quickly respond and move on to the next question with ease. I find surveys to be redundant but Leapsome isn't at all. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There are no downsides from my quick and very effeicient experience using the platform. I easily set goals for my team members and it is very easy for me to follow, contribute and do performance reviews with the team.
