What do you like best about Leapsome? It's super helpful for us as a manager to develop our team and do some annual reviews. Instant feedback is a game changer. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I think you have to rework the UX, the menu is quite confusing sometimes for inexperienced users. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to maintain the annual report, feedback, etc.

Managing the performance of employees is the primary feature we use in Leapsome but we are happy with the other functions as well.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The ability to give instant feedback is awesome. Having an honest appraisal boost one's desire to work. Plus, it is easier to monitor my progress on my targets. The Goals sections needs more improvement. You should be able to have the option to change the privacy of the goal, so not everyone can see it. "Great tool for praise, goal setting and performance reviews"

What do you like best about Leapsome? By far, my favourite part is the praise functionality. This allows me to give credit publicly and share my appreciation of people. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Org charts can become a bit overwhelming for bigger organisations. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to give praise. Ability to record goals and keep track of their progress together with my team.
