The way of keeping tracking the goals along with our project management platform, putting the measurable key results and updating the goals eventually! that was great! What do you like best about Leapsome? The best thing is that you get to develop the soft skills and can look at the situations from different angles and perspectives. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The only downside I could see is the prolonged lecture timings. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Leapsome is helping me develop the soft skills and also allowing mre to think outside the box which is quite helpful in my current job role.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The fact that you can measure goals in different ways, you can add comments and keep track of them, and you can share this with your whole organization. "Easy to use and comprehensive"

What do you like best about Leapsome? My manager and I have been using Leapsome for our weekly one on ones. I think I find this most useful. It documents our meetings as well as everything that I have worked on/accomplished that week. We also use it for our performance reviews and our engagement surveys. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome training was a great experience and it gives us more knowledge about presentation skills- What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing bad about Leapsome training but i couldn't manage my timeslot. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? In past, i had issues with presenting myself and also with time management and I have found the solution now.
