What do you like best about Leapsome? The Tool is easy to use for me as an end user. As far as I can see it can also be modified depending on your needs. Nice Visualisation of Data. What do you like best about Leapsome? The interface is clean, simple, not too fancy. The ability to leave spontaneous feedbacks is really a game-changer. It is so simple to make a compliment to someone and this greatly improves the collaboration in the company. The peer review is another thing I really appreciate. What do you like best about Leapsome? A great solution to manage OKR and 1:1s. The tool for OKR is perfect with valuable features and granularity with status, reporting links, assignments, and progress vs goal. Surveys are also being used a lot by our team. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The 1:1 tool is not working as well as the OKR tool. It sounds more clunky, but maybe it's me not mastering it yet. What do you like best about Leapsome? The evaluation process and method are super good and motivating. Easy to reach to the feedbacks and reviews among teams and colleagues. What do you dislike about Leapsome? So far, there have been no negative aspects that I have encountered. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? So far, I haven't encountered any problems. We used it more for performance evaluation and future goals with my manager.
