"A simple yet complete tool"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I really enjoy the generated charts after each performance review that allow me to get a grasp of my weaknesses and strengths. Besides the charts you also can view what your peers wrote about you so that you can discuss with your manager any points you need to improve on. It is also real simple to use whenever you need to fill out a survey or do a performance review for any of your peers. As for setting OKRs, Leapsome also provides some tools for you to ...

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is set out really well and easy to use. I like the goal setting best and also my weekly performance reviews. Leapsome's instant feedback section is also really nice and brings something positive to the team. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't really have much to say. I probably use the meetings the least as we schedule them through teams and outlook anyways. But other than that no comment, so far I haven't found any issues with ...

"Its very efficient for team goals and department level goals and collaborate on the updates."

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI is very good and easy and everyone has visibility about the goals. The visuls graphs made with the progress is also a good touch.
