"Nice tool easy to use"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome works very well for teams working remotely. It's very easy to use and full of useful features. It helps to connect me with my colleagues and manager. What do you dislike about Leapsome? It would be nice to have an integration with Slack. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm using the tool to give and receive feedback and to have my reviews with my managers.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy to use, intuitive and very simple interface. Very clear modules so that you can get to what's relevant for you without having to search for it. Also love that while the app evolves based on customer feedback, they continue to maintain simplicity. What do you like best about Leapsome? The tool is simple, practical and flexible and is great for any organisation that wants to have an open feedback culture. We were keen to use 360 degree reviews and create strategic alignment. Through Leapsome and their goal setting and OKRs modules, we have created the transparency and alignment across the organisation. The API for our HR Management System worked well. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The tools still improving an of course some cases are not 100% fitting for all companies.
