What do you like best about Leapsome? The best thing is how easy it is to give feedback, ask for feedback, and share goals within the company. I also like how leapsome visualizes the assessment of others on your profile page. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is not really anthing i dislike. So far, everything has been just perfect. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? There have been many inconsistencies within our company because it grew so quickly. By using some of Leapsome's utitilities, everything became much much clearer.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is straightforward to provide feedback to a peer in the company and connect the input with existing company values. The seamless integration in other tools like Slack is beneficial to create a company-wide overview on praise and shared/public feedback.
