"Well structured and easy to use collaboration platform"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the instant feedback functionality to thank people for their support. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Meeting templates are not super easy to use What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? The reminders for actions agreed on are nice. I can easily keep track of the discussion points in 1on1 meetings and get regular reminders.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The fact that everything is customisable and yet, at baseline, so simple. For example, you can track each of your goals in different ways: complete/incomplete, percentage, marks out of 7, what have you. Or you can go with the default they use. What do you like best about Leapsome? I've been using Leapsome for a few months now, and I love it! It's an easy-to-use platform where you can schedule your meetings and 1:1, give praise for everyone in the Company to know the fantastic thing someone did. What do you like best about Leapsome? I recently joined an orginization who has already been using leapsome. As a new employee, it was really helpful to have this tool. My lead and I set goals at the very begining, and throughout my first few months I have been able to utilize leapsome to ensure I am on track to meet my 3 month and 6 month goals. What do you like best about Leapsome? It's very intuitive, and the layout is inviting for users. I love the ease at which I can access my team's and my own objectves during my working week. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is no function to delete key results from Goals unless the whole goal is archived. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?
