What do you like best about Leapsome? Specific improvements with past feedback to measure the amount of improvement in tangible metrics. What do you dislike about Leapsome? No dislikes, however it was a bit difficult to locate the button to sign my appraisal. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Metrics Measurement, Feed back and praise loop, one on one meetings set up based on discussed points, feedback to supervisor and colleagues also.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is a great way to organize my goals for the quarter and year. I love how I can take my overarching goal and then break them up into individual KPIs to make them actionable. Additionally, being able to tag contributors makes the platform collaborative. "Great performance reviews and meeting set ups!"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome has great questions to guide you through the performance reviews. It's well organized and also allows for a scoring system on soft and hard skills. It's great to keep track of our own evolution and to see feedback displayed visually, which is honestly what I prefer when comparing to other platforms. "Great platform to increase motivation across teams and build transparency"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is one of my favorite tools that I use on a daily basis. What I like the best is to be able to see all my Goals&KPIs as a seller and the accomplishment on a % level which makes me really aware of my progress and it motivates to see how much I accomplished. What do you like best about Leapsome? I like how easy it is to navigate the system and how convenient it is to get everyone set up and started for a very smooth process. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is nothing that I have found so far that I dislike. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? We haven't had an official launch just yet for the review modules, but I have realized that having Leapsome and ADP integrated made my job 100% easier.
