What do you like best about LeanData? The AE we have been working with (Sofia) has been amazing. She is normally very responsive and she goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of.

What do you like best about LeanData? At its core, LeanData allows an organization to overcome the great architectural divide of Salesforce - the split between Leads and Contacts/Accounts. In a B2B context, this is hugely important as your typical buying profile is not an individual person within a company, but a multi-person and multi-step buying committee that requires a more strategic approach.

"Good lead routing product and support"
What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData's lead routing product has been very great in helping us route leads in SF to the relevant SDRs who owned the account. Price is reasonable. Just be sure your data is all cleaned up.

What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData is a multi-faceted tool that overcomes the major shortfalls for SFDC around duplicate records and associating leads to accounts. It is the classic problem in that, duplicate data hurts the quality of your system. Being able to see and show users duplicate accounts, contacts, and associated leads in invaluable in improving the data quality of your SFDC. Too often, the tools that should help, don't. What do you like best about LeanData? The product saves a ton of time auto-converting and routing leads. The possibilities are endless. The best part is the CSM team! They are super responsive and make edits that move as fast as we do as a business.
