What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData's Customer and Solutions Support team do well to ensure your execution is a success. Keep in mind there are challenges to this success that have more to do with the quality of our own data and internal processes but the team makes good effort to understand and help resolve what they can from LeanData's perspective.

What do you like best about LeanData? There is no limit to what you can create with this routing system. When paired with the process builder it is extremely powerful. We have been able to build what looks like an extremely complex system, but is actually very logical and easy to follow.

What do you like best about LeanData? Out of the box you can upload lead lists to identify what is/isn't already in your database. Once we set up our automated lead routing flow, we can now ensure both old and new contacts are in the right place, stage and owned by the right people in Salesforce so our sales team can do their job selling and not worry about data management. Plus, they have great consultants helping set up and succeed using LeanData.

What do you like best about LeanData? We use it for lead routing and it is great because you're very easily able to account for any edge cases and automatically build in a round robin, all in a very nice visual interface.

What do you like best about LeanData? I originally brought LeanData on for the routing functionality - it puts SF's out-of-the-box setup to shame. Easy drag-and-drop interface to visualize your setup, straight-forward, point-and-click rules, and only a bit of SOQL necessary when you really get in the trenches. The account matching is great, and insights you can pull from everything is a game changer.

What do you like best about LeanData? It's an easy to use in app solution which has replaced much of our SFDC automation. The graphical format is very useful for understanding and troubleshooting our setup. I also appreciate the ability to copy flows and quickly restore or apply temp automation needs. Audit logs are immensely helpful, and one-time routing option is something we use often. Basically the tool is a massive time saver! In addition, everyone that I've worked with at LeanData ...

This is an indispensable step in our routing and assignment of inbound leads and allows us to maintain a mainly account-based data structure. The configuration is extremely flexible and can always be customized to our changing needs. Their customer support is also very good and responsive, they really understand the problems we encounter as a business and help us solve them.

What do you like best about LeanData? I personally love the customization and automation that it provides for me. You can set up rules that are as complex as you need or as simple as you need. It's an amazing tool.
