"Flexible product that's worth the time to set up"
What do you like best? The tool should be able to meet even the most complicated routing needs. The best part is the CSMs who are able to provide best practices to ensure you are not over-complicating it. We upgraded to the account routing and contact routing after starting with lead routing.

What do you like best about LeanData? The tool should be able to meet even the most complicated routing needs. What do you like best? We used their lead routing feature the most. It's very easy and effective. If there is an issue, it can be found easily and fix. Their customer support is very responsive and always fix issues quickly.

What do you like best? The LeanData product is incredibly useful for marketing and sales team that care deeply about the whole journey their prospects take on the way to a sale. It allows marketers to "prove their worth", even if they aren't the generator for the deal. Seeing every interaction from both teams provide a uniform view into what it takes to close, and allows us to make changes to process accordingly.
