"Best tool you didn't know you needed"
What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData fills a very needed gap in Salesforce...bridging the Leads to Accounts/Contact chasm. It's frustrating not knowing what leads you have relative to your accounts, especially if you focus on a specific account list of your own definition. From that LeadData provides great mapping and field updating automation that Salesforce doesn't do in many cases.

What do you like best about LeanData? Love the account routing and assignment- you can completely customize every aspect, which fields you update, and create seemingly unlimited territories and assignment rules. Auto-lead converting is great too.

LeanData has helped us develop Lead, Account, and Opportunity routing processes that are in better alignment with today's business and will enable us to scale with less effort. What used to require development resources can now be done with an admin and/or QA resource.
