What do you like best about LeanData? Easy to follow and make updates to our flow for lead routing. It's also been incredibly helpful with merging our duplicates from our CRM which has been no small feat. Plus, when it comes to the troubleshooting we love how easy it is to determine what happened by using the audit logs.

What do you like best about LeanData? There is a ton of flexibility with lead, contact, and account routing that SFDC lacks out of the box. You can also update fields with the flows to keep data clean and slice and dice by sub territories.

What do you like best about LeanData? The customer support has been outstanding. We just told our LeanData CSM what we wanted and she built everything for us. We would test it, and then she would re-adjust until it was perfect. Very quick response, and always so helpful.

"Seamless experience - a must have for my tech stack going forward"
What do you like best? Leandata as a product is great. It allows for complex and scalable lead routing rules. I've done manual routing rules in the past that are a bundle of nested If statements, and any time we'd bring on a new rep or change territories, it turned into spending half a day or more making sure the new rules were correct. Now if we have territory changes I literally drag a box and change the input on a couple fields.
