What do you like best? I love how easy this tool is to use! It has so many more bells and whistles than what is included in Salesforce out of the box and gives us the ability to route leads and take into consideration many difficult edge cases with ease.

What do you like best about LeanData? Visually the tool is relatively easy to work with. More importantly, it can be easily audited if specific people are questioned on their routing. UI is good throughout the tool.

What do you like best about LeanData? Much more flexible that native SFDC routing rules. The visual drag and drop routing flows provide an easy to follow visualization of what can become a confusing web of rules. The ability to create and customize Round Robin pools is easy and LeanData is smart enough to skip people if they become deactivated. You can customize the weighting if needed and set Vacation and Working Hours to ensure you route during the appropriate times to available people. ...

What do you like best about LeanData? The implementation and maintenance is so smooth, not only does the team do the hard work for you at implementation, but the "hard work" is actually so easy with the flow-builder interface.
