What do you like best? As a full suite app, LeanData can not only support duplicate management and record routing, it can also update records in various ways. This makes the routing app a mini, lightweight Workflow Rule addition to the SFA suite.

"Exactly as advertised, with a great support team"
What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData allows for easier and effective routing/converting of inbound leads. When we experienced an issue causing leads to be routed into a black hole, they were happy to help resolve it!

What do you like best about LeanData? Simple interface, with the ability to create flows with complexity and flexibility. I like how easy it easy to cross-reference objects and use that info for tagging and routing decisions.

What do you like best about LeanData? Like everything about the app. The visual workflow diagramming makes it extremely easy to create a complex flow. The audit logs and ability to determine how a lead was routed and what decisions were taken during the workflow is amazing.

What do you like best? Absolutely necessary for companies with complex lead routing rules without needing the expertise of in-house admins to build lead routing rules. Also, saves sales teams the hassle of manually routing leads which takes time away from them to actually sell.
