What do you like best about LeanData? Interface is easy to use, implementation staff has been very supportive. What do you dislike about LeanData?

What do you like best about LeanData? We use both leads and contacts in our org (both serving their own purpose). Traditionally, leads are not tied to or anchored to an account so it's hard to get the full picture of how many people at an account are in a SFDC instance. LeanData makes it possible to see leads at an account easily while also helping easily merge duplicate leads and accounts right in the SFDC interface.

What do you like best about LeanData? Lead routing by utm parameters functions well. Account merge and de-dupe also functions well. Lead routing often defaults to obscure users.

What do you like best about LeanData? Always routing leads to the right person and also understanding which leads are part of accounts is almost impossible in Salesforce. LeanData has come up with a system that can be as simple or as complex as you wish.

What do you like best about LeanData? Lead to Account Matching, routing of Leads & Contacts and merging the records while in the flow. Apart from that, alerting the org to know when there is a delay happening.
