"The Answer to all of my lead routing issues"

What do you like best about LeanData? Love this tool! The ability to take a new lead comb the database looking for a related account and then to route the lead to the Account owner all in a matter of seconds is incredible and solves the main complaints and headaches of lead routing that my company was experiencing. Between that and the capability to route off of campaign ownership, slack a new owner, easily update territory segments; LeanData makes my life much easier and my sales team happy.

What do you like best about LeanData? The ability to customize lead routing according to a variety of fields and scenarios. What do you dislike about LeanData?

"Great Support and easy to use interface"

What do you like best about LeanData? Support is very quick to respond to tickets. The FlowBuilder for our leading routing is easy to use and navigate as well. I can quickly change nodes on the fly and the loading of the Builder is very quick. Changing Lead Pools is easy to do as well.

What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData lets my clients route new inbound Leads, and make sure they get assigned to the correct sales person for follow up. We're also able to auto-convert Leads that come in for existing customers or Accounts with open Opportunities. I love that it can merge duplicates, or even filter out junk or spam Leads. Also love the new Hold feature that allows us to meet SLAs.

What do you like best about LeanData? - Takes significant advantage of its embeddedness in Salesforce to make routing extremely flexible. Accessing related objects via Lookup fields is a huge win. Routing based on Campaign Member updates is relatively new and also huge.

What do you like best about LeanData? We use LeanData to route the Leads to users. The best part of LeanData is Audit Logs. Audit Logs are handy to track the Lead flow from Lead creation to assignment to the user.
