"Amazing tool that provides functionality to expedite and improve on process with leads"

What do you like best about LeanData? The merge and conversion when it finds a match. It's not a dedup tool but helps ensure there aren't duplicates moving forward with any incoming leads from any source. It also puts all the leads into the correct account to avoid sales re-creating them as contacts.

"A must-have! One of my favorite tools in my tech stack!"

What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData is a seamless routing and workflow tool. Their UI is extremely easy to use and their audit functionalities beat anything that I've seen in the market. It's so important to track the route that records take and LeanData makes it easy to do just that and pin-point any roadblocks or errors. I am a very happy two-time customer!

"Amazing Application - We Love LeanData!"

What do you like best about LeanData? The LeanData team provides great support, and the onboarding process was quick and easy. The application itself is incredibly flexible and capable of more than we had expected. We've been able to apply LeanData solutions to a variety of business needs, and streamline record management by utilizing LeanData to handle record processing in one place.

What do you like best about LeanData? Slack and Salesloft integration help notify BDR and Sales team when important lead/contact engagement happens. Especially with the new campaign member trigger.

"Critical tool for converting and assigning contact data for an account-based model"

What do you like best about LeanData? The ability to custom build your workflow rules for lead conversion, account assignment, and routing was a critical feature for us when migrating our data system in SFDC from a lead-based model to an accounts and contacts-based one.

"Effective tool for territory mapping"

What do you like best about LeanData? Being able to define sales territories easily and making changes due to switches is fast and efficient. I have used the tool for fixing ownership of accounts or analyzing leads to get the account and contact IDs. I like having it automate the lead conversion process, so I don't have to continue to convert them in campaigns manually to contacts, and for new MQCs coming in can be auto-assigned to specific reps.

"Near Instant Realization of Value"

What do you like best about LeanData? Visibility to all leads and whitespace. Our first draft of LeanData flagged two leads that were related to an Opportunity of a recently departed Sales Rep. Because of Routing Insights, we were able to flag these Leads to the new rep in that territory and restart the conversation on a sizable enterprise deal. If it ends up closing, this deal will pay for LeanData 3 times over!

"Good tool for lead routing - Very Customizable"

What do you like best about LeanData? We currently use LeanData for lead-based routing. LeanData provides many options to help route leads effectively and even has features to help keep the lead object clean in our salesforce instance.
