What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData has helped us organize and streamline our account and lead routing so we can be confident that our leads and accounts are being routed to the correct individual. I also like that you can do one-time routing jobs and ongoing routing jobs. Additionally, the certification course was very helpful in learning more about how LeanData works.

What do you like best about LeanData? Lead and Contact Routing. I also really appreciate that they continue to expand what can be routed. The recent addition of being able to route any object is going to be very useful.

What do you like best about LeanData? I like how customizable the options are for the routing flows since we have a good deal of exceptions to all of our standard rules for ROEs, territories, lead sources, etc. I also LOVE the audit tool because I can easily see why something was routed so that I can explain it to the AE/BDR when they ask about it. Another feature that we are using more and more now is the List Analyzer to quickly help us identify and eliminate dupes from large purchased ...

What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData allows you to route based on almost any criteria across objects, and the Slack integration has been a game-changer for both monitoring workflows and alerting our sales team to changes in record assignment.

LeanData workflow builder is intuitive and has all of the functionality one could need for even the most complicated lead routing, and it integrates with many third-party sales apps such as Outreach. Also, the audit logs are amazing for helping to understand why leads were routed a particular way.
