What do you like best about LeanData? With a bit of training, the user interface is easy to use and navigate. It is very robust and allows for multiple layers of routing. Lots of attributes that are available to use.

What do you like best about LeanData? I can't speak to other competitors, but the training was excellent and gave many scenarios to fit most business cases. The ability to analyze csv files before uploading is also a great feature.

What do you like best about LeanData? The easy workflow builder can do powerful things and even trigger events outside of salesforce. It is easy to configure, very stable, and the leandata team gives great support!

What do you like best about LeanData? A flexible canvas that allows us to orchestrate a highly complex lead and contact routing. It is hard to put in words, but it can do so much!! We can ensure customers get to the right place faster while new business is routed properly based on a variety of criteria. In between that, we can check for duplicate records to keep our database clean and SO MUCH MORE!

What do you like best about LeanData? Lean Data helps send me all of the leads that I need. I'm in a sales position, and whenever I get an email from Lean Data I get excited because I know I got a new lead!

The ability it has to simply layer over Salesforce and draw on the data that exists there or enrich the data that exists there is impactful to our teams in a variety of ways. The flow set up allows us to make informed decisions and route contacts and leads to the individuals who need to see them.
