What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData was able to do basic routing. Anything beyond or complex or customized was extremely difficult. but it was able to do a basic lead routing based on mapping

What do you like best about LeanData? I enjoy that we can precisely track Lead routing on an individual basis. This allows our org to understand workload division, lead prioritization, and SLA effectiveness on a deeper level than with any other tool. The duplicate matching has also been a huge plus, allowing us to feel more confident in the quality of our CRM hygiene.

What do you like best about LeanData? The WYSIWYG editor for the routing graph is crucial to make LD a self-documenting platform. I love the audit logs and how easy it is to troubleshoot.
