Good product, great after sales service

What do you like best? Prompt support-post sales. No doubt the product is great, but I appreciate the fantastic after sales service and great turn around times. What do you like best? The app is intuitive and provided immediate value to the sales people on the field. It works offline which was crucial for our scenario.
