Inability to change email templates causes problems

We are unable to change the email template that sends through the submitted application from our leadpage. It causes us difficulties as we are able to change the fields within the application on the page where we are asking for some very specific information but when it emails into our mailbox it is back to the standard field names. This causes us extra work and therefore means we are not 100% happy with the solution currently.

Integration Problem Solved

I liked the way the support person understood my problem, zeroed in on the solution and provided a helpful video for me to see how to solve the problem. I needed to capture certain information in my pop-up and have it land in my email list. The support team helped me understand how this works and how to make it happen.

Excellent Customer Service

I cannot comment as of yet about conversions or anything like that but I just wanted to leave a review based on customer service I received.I had a problem with a landing page and reached out to customer service. Note I am not on any special customer tier, but what I got back was amazing.Within an hour I received a custom video of the customer service rep fixing my own landing page step by step..Amazing.Would recommend for customer service alone.

Pretty intuitive interface.

I love Leadpages. There have been several times, in the last 3 years where I thought "Is it worth paying for this, I have other tools that can do this?" And the answer is always YES. It is so easy to use that it pays for itself in time saved. Plus, it's optimized so well that I can see a difference in my ad spend. The site opens so quickly that I don't lose the lead from the ad.
