I have used Leadfeeder in two companies.

What do you like best? User interface is great and very proactive. way of bringing leads to your knowledge What do you dislike? Our potential customers are small companies, restaurants. They seem to be hard to find for Leadfeeder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Obviously, it is so much easier to contact companies, which are interested in your services. Better hit rates, better efficiency, more money.

Great data collection tool. More meat on the bones, especially for ABM projects.

What do you like best? Useful analytics. Especially for ABM prospect profiling. It gives the extra data that GA won't provide. Leadfeeder also has a very fast and nice customer service. What do you dislike? Something that would make the tool even more awesome would be to get some of the advanced filtering capabilities that the integration with Data Studio enables, directly inside the Leadfeeder tool. What do you like best? Leadfeeder is very easy to use and set up. What do you dislike? There is not much about leadfeeder I can think of to dislike. They are in progress on a lot of development and integration improvements that could be dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good value, seasoned product and great customer service

What do you like best? The product and data is laid out very well and is intuitive. Creating custom views and autotagging is easy. Our account rep Jennifer Morton is awesome. What do you like best? Leadfeeder solved my problem of needing to know who was visiting my website after Google removed that capability from analytics. What do you dislike?
