Invalid Pin

I could not figure out why after entering a new employee, they were unable to access the system. I contacted support and in less than 30 seconds he told me what I needed to do. Instant fix!! He even waited patiently, while I walked over to the location of the POS. Great service!

What do you like best about Lavu? The Lavu POS system is very intuitive and easy to use - even for the basic users. Numerous issues with Kitchen printer support personnel

We had ordered this kitchen printer directly from Lavu. They told me during the order process that once I was at the restaurant to call them and they would assist with the installation. I called and we were unable to install the kitchen printer, the service rep said that I would need a lap-top. When I ordered the printer it was never told to me that I would need to have a lap-top present at the restaurant to get it functioning. What do you like best about Lavu? I like that the program is very user friendly What do you dislike about Lavu? I really haven't had any issues that weren't adressed What problems is Lavu solving and how is that benefiting you? Lavu helps me have my entire menu at the touch of a button along with being able to customize it
