Works WITH me, not against

What do you like best? Lattice is a fully integrated platform that fits nicely into my workflow. It isn't a hassle to use and it has become a great asset in communicating with leadership and giving/receiving feedback from my peers. What do you dislike? Love the minimal interface and relevant pings

What do you like best? Email/slack alerts are on point. Doesn't feels like spam at all. Interface is clean. Platform highlights exactly what I need to do. What do you dislike? Team OKR section could be improved. Presently distinguishing b/w team and personal OKR is not straight forward. How we go around it is by prefixing team name or personal, in OKR title. What do you like best? It is simple and clear to use!!! You can share feedback with one another!!!! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Setting goals and adjust them easily. Give and receive feedback easily. I also love the office party to get to know your colleagues. What do you dislike? Great way to connect with my manager and company

What do you like best? Personally I enjoy that it integrates into Slack which allows me to prepare for my 1:1 without event having to move to another window. Also my organization send outs surveys through Lattice that can be answered in Slack as well. Great tool for improving efficiency + collaboration

What do you like best? Lattice does exactly as it says, helped with performance management. Everyone is busy in their days and we, unfortunately, don't always have time to thoroughly prepare for all internal meetings or 1:1's. Lattice allows you to collaborate back and forth, update agendas together, learn about your teammates and plan your week. What do you dislike?
