What do you like best? It's insanely easy to use. Company has taken to it incredibly well, the only other software I've seen be so effective is slack. What do you dislike? Honestly not much. We haven't heavily used the goals feature so can't comment on that. I wish they gave discounts for bulk seat buys given the adoption curve.
