Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. It's been 5 days I'm waiting someone replies my ticket. We upgraded our account but it hasn't affected after 5 days and it shows the later logo on linkin.bio

Later is a clever way to upload media and share to Instagram and other social platforms. I love how you can plan your posts and pop them on to the calendar. From there, Later auto sends the posts to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest on your behalf! I love it, it's easy to use and saves you lots of time to do other things!

Later is easy, intuitive and helpful. I use it on a daily base to schedule any post for my Instagram. I think that anyone should try it, it makes social life easier ;)

Been using later for a couple years now. They are most certainly always on top of the updates when it comes to managing your social platforms and will keep you informed and give you tutorials on how to stay ahead in this pretty quick time. I love the ability to schedule out posts well in advance and also plan my insta-stories. Thank you for being my go-to for all social things!
