Price hike made me consider leaving

Used to be in love, now undecided. It is still an affordable service for professionals COMPARED to other similar SM suites. BUT recently they have made pricing changes which made the cost go up by more than 100% for me - I had to downgrade to a cheaper plan, which robbed me of some features I enjoyed, and I am still paying more than before. What do you like best about Later? At first glance, Later appears to offer the sort of social media scheduling and automation that a small business could benefit from, with a nice user interface and basic, straightforward fuctionality. "Great platform! Even the Free version!"

What do you like best about Later? I think that Later has a lot of great functions for social media managers. The integrations are with different social platforms are seamless. I also appreciate that you can do a lot of things, even with just the free version of the platform.

Great Platform - If You Only Use Instagram

Since I began using Later, the platform has improved in many ways. However, I’ve communicated with the customer support team repeatedly because even though Later calls itself a social media platform, it’s really all about Instagram. It seems like all other platforms were added as an afterthought. Even Later’s blog and most content focuses solely on Instagram. And they realize their shortcomings.
