What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche has improved the workload for city employees as well as residents. "Makes it easy to automate at the department"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? The user experience is the most impactful thing on our organization. It enables end users to not only adopt quickly but also develop forms. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? For more advanced forms there are some features that I wish didn't require Java script. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of most departments processes with integration into our core business systems
