Document Management and Automation

What do you like best? The value of this tool is not as a file cabinet replacement; It is that the paper processes can be redesigned to add value in ways that weren't possible with paper. What do you dislike? It isn't a complaint as much as a reality. The cost of the software and the true value means you have to be willing to transform your organization. Laserfiche Makes Doing Business Easy

What do you like best? Applications are drag and drop and easy enough for a non-programer to use, thus making adaption to automating processes easier in a large organization with Legacy systems. What do you dislike? It has been difficult in the pass to reach a live human servicing our account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? The software is easy to navigate especially if you are self-taught. The online training's are a great guide, and any time I have an issue or question, a representative responds quickly. The Empower training is also great. I was self taught with this software and I was easily able to teach myself how to use it. I also think having the online chat is beneficial, as sometimes users need a quick answer.
