What do you like best? The ability to create my own Forms and business processes! I only depend on IS when I get stuck. There's also a fabulous Laserfiche community (Laserfiche Answers) out there willing to assist me solve the more technical or complex issues. Laserfiche just makes life easier

What do you like best? Forms has streamlined our entire operation and saves us countless hours of processing time. What do you dislike? Sometimes the documentation isn't as helpful as it could be for the more technician elements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As an SP we solve many internal problems as well as build solutions for clients.

Great records management software

What do you like best? Laserfiche gives a central location to store documentation. I love the ability to link documents and easily retrieve what is needed. What do you dislike? I dislike not knowing the full capabilities of the software at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Laserfiche makes my job easier to store and retrieve documents. More efficient and productive use of time.
