What do you like best? The ability to customize and grow and evolve is huge. You can get very technical and complicated with it or you can keep it simple and clean. It’s up to you - how you structure your organization. There are so many options to best integrate your current network setup. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Workflow automation of docs. The records management functions. What do you dislike? Laserfiche scanning is extremely slow and makes it unusable for assigning templates with any lookups. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are moving away from paper and better understanding and improving our business processes.

What do you like best? There are so many features to Laserfiche. I have barely scratched the surface, and am thrilled with the program. What do you dislike? I prefer all inclusive products. It is disappointing to learn about a new feature and then find out it is not included in our package. The lack of security (MFA), not as customizable as ive seen in other platforms.
