"Great for document storage"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? I enjoy being able to destroy paper files by having a secure storage space digitally. It makes it easy to find the documents quickly. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? It has a large learning curve, however there is a lot of training available. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We had a lot of paper files that needed to be retained. This allows us to not have to keep all of the paper files.

Sometimes it is difficult to find answers in the user forum. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? It is automating our in-state travel reimbursement process and our legal instrument process.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? The Forms and workflows we have created over 100 forms and workflows What do you dislike about Laserfiche? N/A I really don't see a down side to laserfiche it has a great repository and forms system What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped with out filing system on top of providing a great opportunity to get rid of paper forms and go fully online for most departments
