So Helpful for Landlords
So helpful as a landlord, would definitely recommend and use again! I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day! Thank you Landlord Station!

We have been using Landlord Station for years now. We have been happy with the credit, eviction, and background checks portion. It's the most important part of our application process, and Landlord Station has made this process alot easier.

Have used Landlord Station on and off whenever I need them to help me screen a new tenant. Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!

I LOVE LandlordStation
I LOVE LandlordStation! It allows me NOT to have an applicant's SSN because that is incorporated into the applicant's part of the screening process. Applicants pay the fee during the process so I don't have to pay for the reports then collect the fee. The reports I receive are exactly what I'm looking for - payments history and criminal events. I've used LandlordStation for 10 years and have no plans to change. That's pretty amazing in today's fast-moving technoworld...
