The service was fast
The credit & background check service was fast. The customer service response to my questions was also fast and thorough. It would've been helpful if they would've provided a scoring range directly on the report in which to reference the resident score though.

I have been using LandlordStation for 10 years. The system is quick and easy to use. The report is thorough and the recommendations I receive are on point. I will continue to use LandlordStation as I have had no issues since becoming a member.

The prospective tenant provided an incorrect address, Landlord Station not only fixed the problem but also the gentleman helping me stayed on the line with me for quite a while until the tenant gave me a response.

Do not like the changes since using it…
Do not like the changes since using it last. Gone is the recommendation feature the actual report has nothing in common with the sample report you showing and after contacting customer support they really did not give a satisfying answer.I will definitely looking elsewhere.
