It's stated a Miami Board member receives one free report per month. I logged in from the Miami Board and was still given a run around as to whether I belonged to the Miami Board. And still have not received my credit. Reports are great and timely. Customer Service not so great.

Convenient platform for credit reports

Landlord Station offers a convenient and easy platform to order Credit Reports.

Got a response but subsequent question ignored

I did get a response with a solution. But part of the problem is Landlord station is on east coast time and so if I have an issue in the late afternoon I have to wait for an answer. Also I asked the help person an additional question and still have not received an answer. So I might need to restart the communication. Very user friendly and you don't put your customers into commitments. This makes me even more loyal! I also like the how tenants can pay for the screenings themselves.
