I have used Landlord Station for background checks for tenants fir a while now.Maybe not the cheapest, but a good option and lots of choices for reports and fee points.

So helpful as a landlord, would definitely recommend and use again! I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day! Thank you Landlord Station!
