It's impossible to get someone on the phone to answer questions, don't waste your time trying. They say that their phone service is limited, but even after leaving voice messages, I never got a phone call back. Email is they only way they ever communicated with me, and the response times to questions were lengthy. I'm lucky that I had a little time to waste, in getting my background check done. Not good...
This was my first time using landlord station, I tried to pay like 6 times with different cards they never went through, there is no customer support, no live chats, no answering the phone. I need it the screening the same day and you responded by email a day later, I only needed a local background check with no credit record, etc. By the time you answered I had already used myrental.com which gives more options and background check only from $9.99 and 30% discount for my board, and ...

Great Job!
Landlord station is easy to use. I used the "chat live" feature when a possible tenant did not respond to a credit check.They responded quickly to my inquiry and refunded my fee. Once a possible tenant fills our their information for the credit check it comes thru quickly, is informative and easy to read.
