Good tool for rental and screening applications.
It’s a great tool to have a tenant to complete their Application and get a copy of their Credit report, easy to read versus other ones I have seen.

The web site was not working
I liked how they consolidated information and showed the necessary information clearly. I did not like that their site was broken and I couldn't now get my report quickly until I called customer service for help. I liked how Pharoll Baker helped me and responded quickly,

It's stated a Miami Board member…
It's stated a Miami Board member receives one free report per month. I logged in from the Miami Board and was still given a run around as to whether I belonged to the Miami Board. And still have not received my credit. Reports are great and timely. Customer Service not so great.
