Good program

This is an amazing program for anyone with many properties but I have only six and for me it seems complicated and overkill. After a year I still haven't got to grips with it as I am not using as much as say someone with sixty properties. Support is great, and I would recommend, intending to stay for another maybe six months to see how it goes. A simplified version might be helpful for someone like me who just needs a fancy online spreadsheet.

I have been licked out of my account twice due to the amalgamation of 2 landlord associations. Landlord vision was quick to respond both times and got me back up and running.

What do you like best about Landlord Vision? Scanned receipts... such a simple thing one would think. But with the exception of Quickbooks, this capability was actually very hard to find. But LV does it all the way! It reads every single ling item on all of my receipts and invoices. Home Depot - sometimes 50 items are purchased in 1 visit! It makes entering and categorizing expenses a breeze. This is very important, as I am tracking spending for a rental property as a Fiduciary Trustee for ...
