Very easy Bot Software and very good customer service

What do you like best? Chatbot has never been so easy to built and share on our website. What do you dislike? Landbot remains not very convenient when displaying on Firefox browser (but it works perfectly well on Chrome and other browser). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We caught new leads through our chatbot. It was very effective in our B2B business.

Excellent for landing & conversation pages

What do you like best? You can solve a lot of "problems" and even skip the need to create a website just using landbot. I think conversations are more genuine. I love the integrations as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes the mobile version or even the desktop may fail, which is not a good thing if you're using this for lead generations. What do you like best? Analytics are very easy to use allowing you to analyse at which point a user drops out of the quiz. This is extremely helpful as it lets you know if you are asking the wrong questions or maybe even getting at the wrong audience! I also like the way that the Landbot developer tools flow. Amazing!

What do you like best? Lanbot is one of the best bots I've ever seen. You don't have to take a long time to do it and it helped me a lot. With it replaces a questionnaire of forms and applied by Landbot. It was amazing the result. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to produce intelligent and detailed process flows, allowing any possibility to be covered. What do you dislike? The limitations of the free plan. Upgrading to the premium plan would enable a larger range of features that might make your chatbot more impactful. Landbot is where everyone will be heading

What do you like best? The ability to listen and interact with the user from code callback, as well as in person. What do you dislike? Hasn't got a built in ability to integrate to products like Dialog Flow What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Website are dry/boring places to visit. Landbot gives us the ability to provide the equivalent of a shop assistant to help people discover our value.

Time Saver but missing some pretty core features

What do you like best? The ease of use to build the bot is certainly the best thing about the application. What do you dislike? Some core features are missing or restricted to their most premium plans, the jump in pricing really does not make any sense to me.
