What do you like best? Very easy to use once you get familiar with the interface, such a lot you can customize and support is very fast and always ready to help. We currently use the free version to see how it goes but plan to upgrade at some point. Much better than using traditional forms, allowing you to collect much more data in an engaging way. Landbot is a very easy to use and capable bot to generate leads

What do you like best? I like that's it's easy to set up and create a bot. It works well for lead generation when it's embedded in a blog post, for instance. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Customer Success staffs are really helpful. They responded to my request quickly and on time. What do you dislike? It can be frustrating that most of the support you need is due to limited functionality; often time it is just that what flow or functionality is not available yet or still in the pipeline. What do you like best? Drag/drop and test interface was key. As a no-coding solution this couldn't have been easier. Love the Zapier integrations. What do you dislike? You can't change the preemptive message without redeploying code on your site. Their chat interface is pretty basic, but it's not really being billed as as replacement for a chat service. What do you like best? It has been around 2 years, I like their customer support and rich features. The interface and process of creating a bot is as simple as drag and drop. What do you like best? Landbot is very easy to use. Also they are constantly improving the tool. A lot of integrations are possible. Landbot can be used with Facebook and Whatsapp to automate conversations and they are introducing AI-like structures. The Customer Service is good and quick to help you with any additional questions or problems you might have and will come back with adjusted code to do things that are not yet possible through the normal interface.
