Increase Engagement and Conversions

What do you like best? I really like how flexible the system is and how I can customize the Bot. In the past I would use a form and some conditional logic which was very cumbersome - Landbot fixes that. I was able to create an estimating system with real-time calculations and dynamic feedback for the user. I also like where I can place data collection elements subtly within the bot in almost a conversational way - this has greatly helped with conversions. What do you dislike? ...

So many features & love the layout!

What do you like best? Different platforms to run your messenger bot on including Whatsapp/Messenger & through a landing page. What do you dislike? A bit tricky at first especially when it comes to differentiating between a standard chatbot & messenger chatbot. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it! Easy to use interface, no experience or skill required

What do you like best? I loved the feature whereby when a person comes back to your bot, they are able to resume the flow. It's also easy to use with no complicated features. I love the free option which i use frequently. Am a student on campus with absolutely no coding skills , but i have found it easy to use landbot. The user interface is also good. Landbot has a wide array of features, and the blocks/modules seem almost never-ending. Great functionality and feedback from our customers!

What do you like best? How easy it was to learn to use. I don't have a coding/developer background and found it far easier to use Landbot than its competitors. What do you dislike? I only have one dislike - I would like WhatsApp notifications added to the bot flow. Great chatbot for interacting with users.

What do you like best? It is easy to use. The user flow statistics. Available design customizations. What do you dislike? To remove landbot branding I need to pay 100 euros which is very pricey. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using it to register users instead of boring old forms. Users feel like they're talking to someone and thus we have better retention.
