It’s a good helpdesk tool with mini crm and live chat feature. One thing that I didn’t like is that their live chat is not white label.

Simple Yet Powerful
Loving its simplicity. Pros: Labidesk is a great helpdesk software that all businesses need to have. The software is easy to use and the onboarding process is quick and simple. Cons: The reporting is still in progress and coming soon. Looking forward to see it live.

Good all in one app. Need improve UX/UI
what i like - dashboard tutorial check list is very detail - can choose color for app - Help center customize is very easy - Mail server is available for newbie (no need SMTP set up) - Code Injection: i can insert my js code into help center (like popup) - Canned Responses is useful if you must type same response many times. what i dont like - font not clear, i recommend arial or roboto font - pricing page many color - Not display limited number of agents in invite teams (unlimited? ) - ...

A Must-to-Have App if you are starting a Business
I have tested the app extensively. It all includes what a help-desk needed. I created a help desk for my website in 5 mins. I can go into more personalization like color, widget and articles. I used it for gaming blog but I will change it to use it in my educational app. I do not find the blog or news update functions. It really has good function to show articles and search button. The product has potential to become best software for full suit support assistant.
I've been looking for a complete one-suit solution to manage our support but haven't found one that matches our needs. Labidesk has the potential to be extremely beneficial to our business.

This is an interesting platform to help service customer queries. Not only customer service, you can use live chat as well. The upcoming integrations with FB, whatsapp is something to look forward.
