What do you like best about LabiDesk? Labidesk is a lifesaver. It's an all-in-one helpdesk software that lets me engage with my customers and get them the answers they need to be satisfied. "A good new help desk tool in the market."

What do you like best about LabiDesk? Unlike other helpdesk tool this even has a mini crm along with other functionality which is great. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? The Pricing is a bit on the higher side but that can be ignored too because of the features offered. What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping customers, generating more leads, building a better customer service.

"If north of your company is customer service then this is a must try."

What do you like best about LabiDesk? The ease and simplicity of product use are something that I like. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? Nothing as such, but UI can be a little better. What do you like best about LabiDesk? I have been looking for a helpdesk-type tool to make it easier for my clients to get in touch if they need assistance. Been using LabiDesk and I can tell it is exactly what was missing from my workflow. Everything is laid out logically and it is intuitive. It makes it super easy to see when and who needs assistance. "Great help desk for SMB!"

What do you like best about LabiDesk? I like the live chat function of LabiDesk. It allows customization to make the live chat widget match the look and feel of my brand. The intercom template they have for live chat is my favorite. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? I couldn't Find Omni Channel Settings

I couldn't Find Omni Channel Settings. Overall the Support Interface is Modern compared to other Support ticketing systems out there. The Login and navigation process is fast. AM just sure is there is a Mobile App that will be great as well. One of the Outstanding Features, I like is the personal Signature Element. So I don't need to Configure that on my Personal Email. I hope they setup the SMTP Soon.

"Nice templates, great roadmap!"

What do you like best about LabiDesk? Easy to set up and onboard. The initial set up and onboarding are intuitive and fast. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? Product is still early stages, but roadmap includes killer features. What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Unified inbox and having all your social channels feed into one place to catch all customer and prospective customer communications is key.

What do you like best about LabiDesk? I like the ease of the dashboard, the UI/UX is good, I can access everything in one place.
