I couldn't Find Omni Channel Settings

I couldn't Find Omni Channel Settings. Overall the Support Interface is Modern compared to other Support ticketing systems out there. The Login and navigation process is fast. AM just sure is there is a Mobile App that will be great as well. One of the Outstanding Features, I like is the personal Signature Element. So I don't need to Configure that on my Personal Email. I hope they setup the SMTP Soon.

What do you like best about LabiDesk? - The UI - The design looks cool. - It has a lot of options that are easy and intuitively to set - It has themes - has mailbox and chat too - it is super fast. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? I could not verify my mailbox from the begining. The design could be modified a little What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LabiDesk? It is easy to configure and offers a lot of options. It is customizable and you have all the options available, including adding agents for live chat. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? It will be great if Labidesk can show which page is the visitor on when they initiate live chat. What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LabiDesk? The UI and the ease of use, it's rich in features and still very simple to use. The fact that you can have your customized KB page is also a good addition to the other features.
