All in one software to help you manage your customer support
Great all-in-one customer support tool. Love the team behind it they are open to feedback and listen to the users. Customer support is also helpful and they fix problems whenever I get stuck.

What do you like best about LabiDesk? Labidesk is a complete customer service platform. Quite a new player on the market - if developed, it can make a big difference. On the plus side, all-in-one helpdesk software allows you to keep your finger on the team's pulse. Cool is the option of shared mailboxes. What do you like best about LabiDesk? The UI and the ease of use, it's rich in features and still very simple to use. The fact that you can have your customized KB page is also a good addition to the other features. I couldn't Find Omni Channel Settings
I couldn't Find Omni Channel Settings. Overall the Support Interface is Modern compared to other Support ticketing systems out there. The Login and navigation process is fast. AM just sure is there is a Mobile App that will be great as well. One of the Outstanding Features, I like is the personal Signature Element. So I don't need to Configure that on my Personal Email. I hope they setup the SMTP Soon.

"Stop paying for individual software!"
What do you like best about LabiDesk? I have a team of 20 people to manage, and every 2 weeks, another set of 20 will rotate. I have never tried a tool before who can do that for you in such an easy fashion. Resetting teams and managing has never gelt so complete. Kudos for the very easily understandable UI. It's so good! Great helpdesk tool!
I like the ease of the dashboard, the UI/UX is good, I can access everything in one place. Making the ticketing system easier, and very rich in widgets such as ticket systems, help widgets, and even live chat that can help make the helpdesk system on the website easier for developers. But there's still a lot that can be improved, maybe the personalized help site can make a live view when editing, and drag & drop the unit will make the UX better. What do you like best about LabiDesk? I am satisfied with the integration ability and availability of this product. It's a big plus that it can be placed on any page, including my helpdesk page in one copy-paste step! What do you like best about LabiDesk? It is easy to configure and offers a lot of options. It is customizable and you have all the options available, including adding agents for live chat. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? It will be great if Labidesk can show which page is the visitor on when they initiate live chat. What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
