"Kustomer puts everything in one place. I don't know how they do it. It's amazing."

What do you like best about Kustomer? Through the use of timelines, you can see all communication related to customers and makes sure our team doesn't miss anything. What do you dislike about Kustomer? Lots of things to click which can clutter the screen and make training difficult. What problems is Kustomer solving and how is that benefiting you? Seamless customer support

"seamless communication"

What do you like best about Kustomer? i like that everything is documented and you can communicate between your team members as well as with your customers. What do you dislike about Kustomer? not being able to have multiple tabs open What problems is Kustomer solving and how is that benefiting you? sometimes that most up to date phone calls are not listed. Benefits are that all calls are recorded so there is never any speculation.

"My experience with Kustomer"

What do you like best about Kustomer? The timeline of events, I think it's very convenient that all the notes are in a timeline format and you can see a history of an account. Anyone that logs in to a customer's profile can get all the info to see what was happening in the past. I also like that it can be linked to my email and that I can be notified every time someone tags me to get my attention. "I think Kustomer is very user friendly!"

What do you like best about Kustomer? I like the organization of the platform. It easily divides the emails into clear categories and that makes it nice and smooth to transition from one subject to another. What do you dislike about Kustomer? I wish I could change the colors of the theme. It would be fun if we could modify the look of it a bit more, but I know that is not super important in the grand scheme of things! "Kustomer is very user friendly, have not had any issues."

What do you like best about Kustomer? You can look up all the customer's info with just their phone number. What do you dislike about Kustomer? I have not encountered any issues at this time. What problems is Kustomer solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to look up all the interactions customers have had with our company via one network.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Kustomer? The fact the we get notified of any updates, the dark mode feature. What do you dislike about Kustomer? When on a chat we are unable to undo a mistake. Recommendations to others considering Kustomer: Manageable, easy to use and great way in resolving issues. What problems is Kustomer solving and how is that benefiting you? Resolving customer issues regard order issues.

"Kustomer is so easy to work"

What do you like best about Kustomer? You can transfer your ticket to another department/employee. For example, I sent a ticket to finance to charge the customer for their purchase or to our menu consultant to check if there is any problem with the menu of a particular pizzeria and if there is any they write back the ticket to me that everything is solved. "In the Accounting department,Kustomer is used to refund Requests."

What do you like best about Kustomer? That we are able to communicate with the customer and have a trail of conversations. What do you dislike about Kustomer? The only thing is that it does no alert you if request is incomplete. What problems is Kustomer solving and how is that benefiting you? That when you request to add a new default on the request, Kustomer is able to add it.

"Kustomer offers a fast and reliable platform to allow pharmacists to communicate with patients."

What do you like best about Kustomer? Organized patient information and allows for effective commincation. What do you dislike about Kustomer? Multiple tabs for same patient. Laggy at times. Recommendations to others considering Kustomer: I highly recommend. What problems is Kustomer solving and how is that benefiting you? Confirming that I have the right patient and right medication. A patient's phone number serves as an extra verifying step in addition to patient's name and DOB.
