The ability to merge conversations is a nice feature What do you dislike? the fact that when i have a conversation open and i tab on a previous it deletes my unsaved notes What problems are you solving with the product? Makes it easy to keep conversations with the correct members

What do you like best? Kustomer is a wonderful platform that allows you to keep all member interactions under an umbrella of that specific member as opposed to the conversation. You can integrate other sources as well in order to make it easy to have all the information about a member with that member. Kustomer allows me to keep a good workflow

What do you like best? Kustomer keeps me organized! All of my tickets are categorized by queue. I can easily search for my recent conversations, done conversations, and conversations I have yet to get to. After each ticket, Kustomer automatically switches me to the next ticket allowing me to keep a steady pace making sure I reach my quota for the day. What do you dislike? Kustomer is really business friendly for your work experience.

What do you like best? It's really business oriented and it helps you to modify and customize your work experience with you and your co workers. What do you dislike? If you want to search any specific data you'll need to personalize with some formulas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ticket data customize and tracker of how much emails we had worked through out the day.

Kustomer Features- User Friendly

What do you like best? What I like about Kustomer is how it integrates your database to the dialer. It is easier to track notes, call logs or tickets if you have this kind of tool. My client used to have a different software before and I can compare that Kustomer is more efficient when it comes to tracking call outcomes. It is very useful in the Customer Service experience.
